Job Title: Systems Analyst

Job Duties: Analyze, design, develop, and implement information management systems and database using Oracle 10g, Share Point 2010, SOAP UI, and Shell Scripting; Conduct software lifecycle development under n-tier computing architecture using ESB and Data Power, Amdocs CES, RESTful API, and JCL; Develop business logic engine and plugin framework using ASP.net; Design and implement communication engine and implement web service engine using Quick Test Professional (QTP), Functional Testing; Conduct system testing using Quality Center 10x.
Requirements: Must have a Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Management plus 2 year experience in job offered. As alternative, Bachelor’s Degree plus 5 years experience, inclusive of the required 2 year experience in job offered. Require skills and knowledge in ESB & Data Power, SOAP UI, Amdocs CES, Quick Test Professional (QTP), Functional Testing, JCL. Allow telecommuting. Require 100% travel to unanticipated client locations in the US.

Plan and conduct internal control and operational audits on IT systems such as SAP, Sage MIP, Oracle, and Serenic Navigator; Design and develop risk-based data samples for compliance testing using VBScript/Batch Scripts; Conduct IT audits in compliance with GAAP/IIA/GAAS/PCI standards; Audit the transaction processes and procedures for risk management and disaster recovery; Document test design, findings, and follow-ups in the format acceptable by Internal Audit standards and for external audit reliance on internal audit work papers; Evaluate, test, and modify existing IT functions to improve performance in Infogensis and Micros using VMware, Citrix, or Virtual Box; Review IT governance processes and applications to determine maintenance, upgrade, and disaster recovery procedures based on industry best practices; Conduct gap analysis, develop automated controls, and optimize detective controls to prevent fraud. Must have a Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Management, or Business Administration plus 2 years experience in job offered. Require skills and knowledge in GAAP/IIA/GAAS/PCI standards, SAP/Oracle/Sage MIP/Serenic Navigator, VBScript/Batch Scripts, Infogensis/Micros, VMware/Citrix/Virtual Box, Risk Management/Disaster Recovery. Require 90% travel to unanticipated client locations in the US.
